Yoné Shipping Policy



Below is our shipping policy to understand how we deliver your fashion pieces with care.


1. Processing Time

Local Orders (within Nigeria): Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


International Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Within Nigeria (Domestic Shipping)


Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery (Lagos only): Same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM

Courier Partners: GIGL, DHL, or local dispatch riders

International Shipping


Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Courier Partners: DHL, FedEx, UPS (depending on location)

Shipping timeframes may vary based on customs clearance and destination.


3. Shipping Rates

Lagos: Flat fee starting from ₦2,000

Other Nigerian Cities: Starting from ₦6,500 depending on weight and location

International Rates: Automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Free shipping offers may apply during special promotions or for orders over a certain amount.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country.

Yoné is not responsible for these additional charges. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office prior to placing an order.

5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Yoné is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Missed Deliveries: If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery progress.


7. Pre-orders & Special Items

Items marked as pre-order or custom will have specific shipping timelines indicated on the product page. Please review these before purchasing.
